The first contact with shoes field came of youth (about 11 years old), in the 1969 during the summer holiday at the end of school.
Every year, regularly in the summer holiday, I returned with pride and passion to work to the young artisan laboratory at the shoes factories in Monte San Giusto area: in my opinion the artisan land of shoemaking art.

When I finished the secondary school at about 16 years old I began, with my brothers, with a little own company to mainly assembling shoes for bigger shoes factory, that has been my really first experience field.

When I was 18 years old I didn' t resist a temptation to realize the first total manufacture shoe product: probably fortune, or perhaps an inborn ability and passion, the fate decided that those Ideal processing polacchini was a real success.

Thanks to the recognitions and realizations in 1979 the artisan company became industry.
So with responsibility and pride, as the youngest industrialist of the Macerata state at that times, I had to administer a very complex organization that the past one, mainly for new and intense relationship with other commercial partners. From that period the most italian prestigious shoes company contacted me with new and growing work proposals, also for high and fine artisan manufacture technique: most of my experience comes from those flourishing and vigorous years.

But the biggest techical learning comes mainly from a big and unforgettable master of Parma, Felice Savani (the Pollini founder), who, also if sadly dead in 1990, gave me the best of his priceless experience and technique, and also some of the best life teaching that I transmit to my daughters.

In June 2000 borns Eagle Shoes, that today has 50 employees and extends on over 2700 square meters.
